The following printing houses and journals accepted to be partners of BPU!2 Congress for the publication after  peer-review, without publication fee of the Scientific Papers included in the program

 

The BPU12 Proceedings published as a volume in EPJ Web of Conferences by EDP Sciences 

The authors  have to prepare and send the full articles to be considered for publication in the Proceedings taking into consideration the following rules:

  1. The articles will be prepared as camera ready PDFs in the format of “17 x 25 cm one column document”, according to the template and instructions for authors available on the website of the journal, at https://www.webofconferences.org/authors#anchor_Instructions-for-authors
  2. The PDF files will be uploaded on SAGA, the EPJ Web of Conferences platform. The Conference URL is https://saga.edpsciences.org/topic/epjconf/1094 and the deadline for submission is October 15, 2025.
  3. All submitted articles will have to pass a peer review process which will include the plagiarism test using the text comparison tool “i’Thenticate”.
  4. All the authors of the articles accepted for publication will be asked to sign the attached copyright

Authors have to provide retractions or corrections of mistakes before the publication of the Proceedings. No changes are allowed in the published PDF file. Publishing an erratum after online publication of the proceeding will be charged 300 € (Euros) per article.

The submission deadline is October 20th, 2025.

Instructions for authors:

  1. Go to https://link.springer.com/journal/13360/submission-guidelines and read carefully the submission guidelines.
  2. Go to the “Submit your manuscript” button and follow the requested steps.
  3. At “Additional Information” step, you will find the question “Are you submitting this manuscript following an invitation to contribute to a “focus point” (topical article collection by invitation of guest editors)?” Choose “Yes” and then tick the Focus Point on “Physics in the Balkans: Perspectives and Challenges, 2025.”

The submission deadline is September 15th, 2025.

Special Issue of Symmetry (IF 2.2) –  published by MDPI

Instructions for authors:

  1. First time users need to register at https://susy.mdpi.com before submitting; instructions can be found at https://www.mdpi.com/journal/symmetry/instructions.
  2. Log in to your account and click on “Submit Manuscript” under the “Submissions” menu.
  3. Enter the manuscript details in steps 1 to 5. Mention the Special Issue: “Symmetries in Applied and Theoretical Physics. Selected papers from the 12th BPU Congress”

The submission deadline is September 20th, 2025.

Selected paper in Mathematics – MDPI,  (IF 2.2)

Mathematics, a peer-reviewed journal edited by MDPI offers free publishing of full waiver for a selected papers and 20% discount for Congress Papers that will be included in one of the special issues that are going to be published

  1. Go to  https://www.mdpi.com/journal/mathematics
  2. Login to your account and click “Submit” button on the upper right corner of the page.
  3. Enter the manuscript details in steps 1 to 5. Mention “Paper from the 12th BPU Congress”
